SJ contracted for the construction of 50 housing units in Lh. Kurendhoo

SJ Trade Private Limited has been awarded the contract for the construction of 50 housing units in Lh. Kurendhoo

In a ceremony held today at the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure the agreement was signed by the Director General of the Housing Department, Ahmed Wishan Naseem, on behalf of the Ministry and Director Al-Ustaz Shihad Ibrahim signed on behalf of SJ Company.

The project will include a multistory building with 50 apartments, two elevators, a commercial area on the ground floor and a building service area.The apartment will have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and store room. In addition, under the scope of the project a park and vehicle parking area will be established to create a comfortable environment for the residents and the public.

The contract was signed for MVR 95,980,140 and the work is to be completed within 270 days.
