MTCC contracted for Hdh. Kulhudhufushi jetty extension project

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has been awarded the contract for Hdh. Kulhudhufushi Jetty Extension Project.

The agreement was signed by the Director General on behalf of the Ministry. MTCC CEO Adam Azim signed on behalf of the company.

The project will extend the wooden jetty in the port and address the problem identified in the separation wall and floating platform in the port. It will extend 7 wooden jetties in the island harbor by an additional 4 meters, install wooden platforms between the jetties, strengthen part of the separation wall and extend the piles of the existing floating platforms by 0.75 meters.

The project costing MVR13,072,687.20 is to be completed within 250 days.
