officially inaugurated F. Dharanboodhoo harbour.

Ibrahim Mohamed Solih officially inaugurated F. dharanboodhoo harbour during
his official visit to Faafu Atoll.
Under
this project, construction of 410 m outer canal, 196 m road canal, installation
of 10 mooring blocks, installation of 10 harbor lights, installation of 02
canal lights was completed. Moreover, construction of 2500 square meters of
pavement and dredging of 42600 cubic meters of harbor, 4000 cubic meters canal dredging,
and 60 meters of revetment was completed.
Dharanboodhoo
harbour project was awarded to the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company
(MTCC) in 2019 for MVR 45.9 million.
The
ceremony was attended by the First Lady Fazna Ahmed, Ministers of State,
Members of Parliament and senior government officials. The ceremony was
attended by the employees of the institutions and the people of the island.
