400 Housing Units contracted to be constructed in Hdh. Kulhudhuffushi

23rd Metallurgical Construction Company, Jointed venture company of Donbez Private limited has been contracted to build 400 housing units in Hdh.Kulhudhuffushi.

Housing Department, Director General Ahmed Wishan Naseem signed the contract on behalf of Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. While Head of Operations of Donbez private limited, Ali hamdhoon signed the contract on behalf of the joint venture.

Under this project, 400 housing units of 1000 acres would be constructed, with each unit consisting of 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry and storage room. Along with this, the building will be made well-lit with a park constructed nearby.

All housing units in this project will be 11 storeys tall and will have 02 lifts per building. The Ground floor of each building will be utilized for Commercial units/ purposes and maintenance offices. In addition to this, each apartment will be allocated one cycle parking slot from the nearby area / parking lots

The total cost of this project is MVR 439،991،160.00/- and is expected to be completed within 540 days.
